Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

If your item is defective or has not been received you must inform us within 14 days and we will send a replacement. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We are a non-profit organisation run by volunteers so we can’t offer refunds or exchanges on any items purchased other than as specified above. This includes event tickets and all other products or services purchased from our online shop or via another platform that we might use such as Eventbrite.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
